Totally incompetent.
I get more delivery information from amazon than argos.
Argos has no tracking number, no ways in tracking a delivery.
Their assistants ask many questions just to say the parcel has been despatched! They don't even know if it needs a signature.
Come on sainsburys sort out your argos and habitat companies.
