You say that you value your customers but......
Below is the reply that I got to a review I left after receiving a damaged item. I got in touch via the link provided (Facebook) only to be told "we don't deal with these requests here, wait for a reply". I repeated the fact that this was my reply and I was then told "I'm placing you in the queue that deal with these requests". I've been waiting for an hour and a half so far....You say that you value customers but the way that you treat them is contrary to this.
