After being disappointed with one company and a different brand, I ordered a Shark hand held vacuum from Argos in Runcorn, within and hour of ordering and driving there, I got my parcel.. Went home and set it up.
It is amazing, a fabulous vacuum and the staff at Runcorn Argos were lovely and helpful, brilliant, no problems, and if I hade any issues I can just take it back. No expensive postal charges.
