Embarrassing
I ordered an expensive item that should have arrived the day after at the time established. It never happened. At 10pm I received a mail and a text saying that the delivery was not possible. The day after I called the costumer service asking what happened and if we could reschedule the delivery. I find out that my order was completely cancelled without my permission and I should re order it again by phone or via web. They also told me that they would refund me in 5 working days. This is happened one week ago, and still my money are not back.
