I ordered a large toy giraffe for my daughter through Fasttrack on 2 December. I was given a delivery in store of 7th-12th December. After 3 weeks, a visit to the store and several 20 minute calls later (17 of which I was queued listening to piped music), I was none the wiser where it was or when it would turn up, The last adviser told me it would arrive and was "At the hub and would be delivered shortly" and he cut me off. 7 hours later my bank informed me Argos had refunded the £76. No explanation and I was stuck without the gift my daughter wanted. Fortunately I found it on Amazon for £10 less and a next day delivery. Argos = ????. Amazon = ????????????????????... I won't use Argos again
