Customer Service=Complete Crap!
I didn't even want to award them with one star!
I went to the store to return my mobile phone as it had a crack in the screen, which was not my fault. The lady took my phone to have a look and handled it very clumsily (she dropped it), this caused more cracks on the screen. I said that it still had warranty and she automatically said that I dropped it and so can not gain a refund or exchange, she damaged my phone even more by dropping it! I don't understand why I can't return my phone because of that! I asked if there were any other alternatives, she said that 'there was nothing to do about it'. They can't even offer alternatives or advice on what I could do next, it just seems to me like they don't even know their own products and recruit members for the heck of it. The woman was very rude and very assertive.
There was also another person in front of me who was being served by someone else. She told me that she was never going to shop at Argos. Ever. I can see why now. I'm going to take her advice and never shop here ever again. I could find products that are sold more cheaper in other stores. Don't expect me to come back to buy from you lot.
