Used a gift card to pay online, They took the money off the card but didn't give me an order number. There Customer service was shocking being lied to twice and then a woman on the phone telling me to just wait and see what happens.
1 month on still waiting for the money back. Use Amazon so much better and an amazing customer service in my history with them
