Atrocious delivery service, contemptuous customer service.
I would urge anyone reading this to avoid Argos delivery of large kitchen items. Their drivers are rude, have a very short time window and fail to deliver the services they were paid to do.
Customer service procedures are not followed, getting any level of refund or compensation for inconvenience is unacceptably complicated and slow. I was misinformed on multiple occasions in the process, and in the end told that I had no further rights as a consumer. Me having to contact the Consumer Rights Ombudsman for services not rendered is evidence of the contempt with which Argos holds its customers. Avoid.
