If I could give zero customer service I would. Bought a cross trainer it came with broken parts.
Went to tell them. I took pictures. And I took the broken light parts (i couldn't take the broken heavy ones). They told me they won't help me unless I return the whole thing.
I reached out to them on twitter, they wanted to give £10 voucher to keep it and it would take 7-14 today to arrive.
Before that I bought a scale and it wasn't working. They sell a lot products that don't work so be aware !! And their customer service is horrible
