Their customer support is possibly the worst I've experienced online. Not only does their 'Chat bot' repeat the same questions (how many times do I need to tell them my name, email address and order number?!), their human support doesn't do what they say will.
I requested a change of delivery and was told that the change had been processed. Later that day I get an email saying that they had attempted delivery at the previous time and that the order was now refunded as it couldn't be delivered. Completely useless.
