Bought a fridge from Argos. The price was the same as every other seller but Argos had an offer of free recycling of my old fridge. There was no way to select this offer it was put on automatically. I also asked for assistance in a shop and the staff member also couldn't find the option to select recycling and I was informed it's automatic. When my purchase was delivered they had no record of the recycling offer and refused to take my old fridge.
