I used to love Argos. Reserve the product online, walk into shop go to self service screen make payment and then wait to pick up your product. Smooth. But some genius decided to make it into a digital shop and messed it all up. It is the exact opposite to whata digital shop should be. They were more digital in the past. Now I got to queue up and then wait for a cashier and then wait for item. You waste so much time doing that. What was wroung with making the payment at the screens??
Baffling. Now I rather use Amazon instead.
