I wanted a fridge freezer urgently.
The first choice was not available. the catalogue was only a few weeks old. The next offer
clearly stated that it was free delivery but the sales person added it on.
It stated that I could have next working day delivery if I paid extra £20 I agreed only to be told it didn't apply to that item. I would have to wait 8 days.
Delivery time would be between 7am and 5pm.
