it was initially very long and protracted and was a real headache to get hold of the cooker I wanted but after persevering with contact to their customer care team and in store staff. they were fantastic then in wishing to remedy my initial and very poor customer experience with them , so people always give them a chance to remedy a mistake they may genuinely make
