Ordered a ps4 game for fast track collection, week later refunded money without even an email explanation, rang customer services to be told sales exceeded stock levels and I could just go online and order it again, to experience the same again? No thankyou.
Not a new game either so how stock levels can't be maintained is a joke. Terrible service, girl wasn't interested, won't be using them again.
Fast track? What a let down!
