I was Refused to exchange the item.
I bought it for my wife, but the main accessory was damaged very soon because of a poor quality. I try to exchange it in Argos, because there is allegedly 3 year guarantee. But was told in Argos that they can't change the item, because Argos has responsibility for only 1 year. But the item has 3 year guarantee. It's awful! I wasn't inform about it beforehand. Sometimes I make purchases from Argos, but I'm disappointed and very unhappy with your service.
