I had a very positive experience ordering a product from Argos. I haven't used the company before, and was pleasantly surprised at how great the whole service was from ordering until after I received it. I placed the order quite late on Sunday evening, and received the product at 7am Monday morning- my requested delievery time. Not only was it able to be delivered so soon, I had an email update first thing in the morning, plus a text to let me know when they were 15 mins away. Also the delivery driver was really friendly. After I received my purchase, I then had an email which provided extensive help and support for the product I purchased including instructions, the products own customer support information etc. Not many companies come across as having it so together and I really was blown away with the overall experience.
