On top of reasonable prices, Argos seems really well thought through. I don't know ins and outs of how exactly it all operates behind the curtains but it results with a swift and very efficient shopping without compromising the quality of service. Well trained, customer friendly and helpful staff, working in a visible team effort to ensure customer satisfaction. While clearly overworked in this busy pre-Christmas time, doing their thing with patience and smile on their faces. I'm impressed.
