The cordless phone Panasonic with answer machine, that we bought on the 28th never worked.
Went today the 5th from the Lewisham Argos branch where we purchased
but the none technical knowledge
employee and the manager as well, aren't refunding or exchange the phone.
We're stuck now with useless employees that can not figure out a faulty device.
Mentioned them, the device has been checked with our neighbours landline and didn't work as well..what can we do
The employees guarantee us that the phone is working fine
but phone is not.
Should we complaint to Panasonic ?
