Easier and quicker to state what went right- absolutely nothing. Disgrace of a company with woeful customer services. Items are always damaged/ broken and/or "2nd hand" previous returns. Then to get any comeback, they want you to jump through hoops.
I posted a review on Trustpilot and the asked me to respond via social media. Lol They had my details from my order# but still wanted me to FB/ tweet them. Then they sent a survey which, at the end, asked if I wanted contact. I ticked yes and it stated they'd be in contact within 48hrs. That was last week. That's their customer service in a nutshell.
Avoid. Buy decent furniture from a decent supplier.
