Still not got my refund. Complained to the MD whose office have said it was a technical problem with the refund. Will now take another 5 days. so that will be over 3 weeks.
It's like dealing with Del boy. The chap that has been dealing with me via e-mail gave me his phone number. GUESS WHAT, ALWAYS ENGAGED....
If you think that you may need to return goods, don't bother. This lot seem to be going the way of Woolworths and all that other bunch that have gone to the wall recently.
