Ordered an item which I was not happy with. Picked up by courier 3 weeks ago and still not received my refund!!!!
Rang them again today and it hadn't been processed even though I rang them before. I was then told it would still take 5-7 working days to refund me!!!!
Absolutely pathetic and to make it worse they said it took that long because of the system my bank uses.............lies, lies lies!!!!
Will never buy anything from Argos again.
