I went to the Ormskirk branch to collect an item. The customer service lady brought out a large box and asked if I had help I explained I had not and was travelling by train into Liverpool. She was concerned how I could manage I told her I could not get it delivered to my home address which was Churchtown in Southport. She then told me she lived in Birkdale and would personally deliver it herself which she has now done. Her name is Suzanne Lee and I need to point out what fantastic customer service she offered which I have never had before. She deserves a big thank you and is a good credit to your store in Ormskirk. Too many moan but its people like her which makes me continue to shop at Argos.
