I had bought an item at an Argos store in late April this year (2018) which had broken and needed replacing. Unfortunately I had lost the receipt so I rang the store and I think I must have gotten through to a call center. I spoke to a really nice guy called Dylan who after I had explained the situation to him went out of his way to search through the Argos' receipt database and found and emailed me a copy of the receipt. Dylan is a credit to your organisation, unfortunately I don't know his surname.
