Absolutely terrible shop service ordered an item at Stockton on tees branch, paid using there in store card machine, called to collect from the desk as it was announced good were ready to pick up as were 12 other frustrated shoppers then stood waiting for over 20 minutes with no one serving or handing out the goods that simply weren't there, left in frustration demanding a card refund then a shop assistant shouted your goods are here now, headless chickens with a messed up system never shopping at this store again.
