Ordered some items online and asked for a call back to arrange delivery. This never happened and I was given a delivery date about six weeks away (it said delivered in 8 days when I ordered it). I have tried calling them and so far have spent over four hours on the phone waiting for them to answer. I decided just to cancel the items but have to do this via their "Customer services". So, I emailed them to cancel but there has been no confirmation there either. Apparently they value my custom... YEAH RIGHT!!! I won't be buying anything from them again.
