I went to argos and purchase a Samsung galaxy tab A the product was faulty i went the same day for an exchange but they refused because it was out of the box and they cant see the fault i mean how can they when i said the screen keeps going blank every now and then she only checked it for 30 sec very disappointed never going bk again
