My worst experience with Argos I had today .
Never experienced such a bad customer service like in this store ( Argos London Colney shopping centre)
I had to deal with the store manager Alex.
I wanted a refund for an item bought just a day before.
I brought back in perfect condition with original packaging and receipt.
He refused to refund me and he was very rude with me . In the end went to another store near by and sorted it straight away.
Shame to this store manager ( Alex) who wasted me time.
