Bought a laptop, not working well. Two weeks outside the 30 day return period, I went to the store to change it. They refused, offering a repair, which would take over 21 days.
I called customer services, who confirmed that it was a branch matter and they could not be involved only to mediate they did and the same replies.
I was even planning to change it for a more expensive model, they did not want to know.
Argos has my low rating.
