terrible service - faulty items returned but not refunded. Contacted Argos many times and spent 2 hours in total on phone and livechat. Staff totally untrained and seems to have no clue what is going on. Argos could not understand why I haven't received payment and promised to investigate. Two weeks later, contacted Argos AGAIN and they still have no idea and AGAIN promised to investigate. Shameful service by Argos.
