Good while things are going well, bad company if you have any issues. Customer service is appalling. Have made 11 contacts so far chasing the £10 voucher when you spend over £100. Have been dealing with the issues for over 5 weeks.
Every advisor will palm you off, they have system of escalation nor do they have an email address, so you have to keep speaking to the unhelpful assistance over and over again via live chat/Facebook messenger.
Ignore promises off good will gestures also as they will never be recieved.
