Arrived to return an item to find the claimed manager (Melissa) slouched across the cash desk talking to one of the staff oblivious to my presence.
Offered the goods for return and her attitude was confrontational and rude.
What happened to customer service?
Would not recommend a visit but would urge Argos to investigate the attitude of this individual as there appears to be a trend in review feedback indicating that there is clearly an attitude problem here.
