When I was making an order and tried to change the pick-up address the system told me it was broken so I could not change it.
So I completed the order with the offered address assuming I would be able to call the Customer Service and change it there.
I then tried both Customer service Chat and their hotline, but both said they could NOT change it given the address I wanted was even the same Road in London, just closer to my place! They could not even extend the pick-up dates!
But then what is the Customer service for if not to be able to amend something that cannot be done automatically due to the failure of theit own system?
Terrible service and attitude to customers'requests.
Very unprofessional.
