Due to a mistake with THEIR website, i missed the delivery day option i wanted for a new tv, i asked them for free delivery as it was their mistake and i would have to wait, the delivery cost was only £3.95 but it was the principal, they refused, so for the sake of £3.95 they have lost my custom and lost out on the sale of a tv
and the customer services person was snarky....................bye bye argos
