Robotic customer service. Saw the "think 25" pop up when purchasing a game, and thus asked for ID.
No brain power was used to recognise that I'm a 24 year old man with a beard attempting to purchase a game with a rating of "7".
When questioned about whether they would ask the same with regards to a parent purchasing it for their child, apparently they wouldn't ask for ID. Because clear proxy sales to children of unknown ages is acceptable, but an adult attempting to purchase without ID is not, apparently.
What a waste of my time.
