Did not receive a statement called customer services who informed me I had a late payment charge so my product cosing £24 ended up being £37. I always pay the whole balance when due. Then was told my statements were suspended due to late payment. I always had paper statements but they decided to change it to online without telling me. I thought it had been added on to buy now pay later. Very unhelpful and the fact I have never missed a payment in years and it was obviously a mistake counts for nothing.
