Delivery. Alan - appalling attitude, intimidating delivery man. No overshoes to make delivery of a sofa and refusal to remove outside shoes, which i understand is due to weight of item, hence understandable. On enquiring as to options, nonchalantly told to rearrange delivery. On enquiring if this was normal and if i rearranged would the next delivery ensure overshoes were available, appalling, intimidating attitude was experienced, descending into heated debate regarding my enquiring in the first instance.
