Big disappointment ๐๐ผ
I never had to deal with such a poor customer service department. Managers wonโt even try to sort your issue or even pick up the phone. I spent 4 days on the phone trying to get in touch with one of them.They delivered half order to my new address and the other half to my old address because of a mistake made by one of their call centre operators when I added a new item. The customer service guy assured me he added the item to my existing order which had set my current delivery address.I also have a confirmation email with the order, both items confirmed for the same time slot, to my current address. He probably just made a new order instead of modifying the existing one and never confirmed that with me. There is no way for me to get that item unless I call a removal company and it wonโt be cheap. The only solution they offered to me is to call the police for theft which it doesnโt make any sense considering the fact that they delivered the item to the wrong address.I never heard such a ridiculous thing and they donโt even try to sort a problem done by them. Customer service was incredibly rude and never pass me the manager on the phone. I thought this is a serious company, definitely not. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
