Bought a push chair which got delivered for my daughter . Not a cheap one either . She unwrapped it two weeks later to find one of the wheels were not sitting right . Thought I would do it online I won’t mention names . I was at work so didn’t have the order number . Gave me rubbish that he won’t be able to find it . Eventually said he could by mid name and address . Finally after 30 mins he sent a final message to say return it to the store for them to sort out , exact words . Phoned up as not happy about this spoke to someone else who said they can’t do anything without an order number and basically put the phone down . Phoned back again to put a complaint in spoke to someone who just asked for bane and postal code , found it and organised delivery and swap over . They will be loosing our custom now.
