As it was Black Friday I decided to purchase a few early Christmas present the main item being a Huawei MediaPad T5 10.1 Inch 64GB Wi-Fi Tablet for my son who is eight. Later that evening when I came to open the plastic Argos bags I was horrified to find that the Huawei MediaPad was in fact a second had unit, a return or had been on display at some point in its life before it was delivered to me. What made me so angry was who ever sent this item out for delivery thought it would be acceptable in the first instance, there was no cellophane, the box was dirty, and it looked like it had been purchased from eBay for £10. How could I possibly expect to give this item to my son as a Christmas present I was appalled at this level of service and will never use Argos or Sainsbury's again.
