Worst customer service I’ve received in years. Take your money through fast track, the order gets “stuck” or lost, don’t bother telling you and then when you try to collect it, change their story 5 times and refund a week later. all aspects of their service delivery including local store, online chat, customer service and Facebook messenger either misinform or fob the customer off. Then when they finally agree to raising a complaint, say you’ll not hear anything more about it cause of GDPR even though you’re complaining about their procedures and not specific staff.
