Just got delivery of washing machine, paid for them to take old machine away, I could not loosen bit to disconnect old machine due to arthritis so asked guys if. They could. No they could not do that, phoned customer service to complain I got the most unhelpful girl on ph asked to talk to manager no manager available
Result machine left in middle of floor old one still here
