Hi all had a week ago left Argos a bad review due to too many Goast orders and stressing me out about if id logged on to a fake site ,,But today i rung Argos on their main number got speaking to a guy called bill explained that i felt i had been cheated as i brought watch set in October in gold i asked the young girl who served me about having the links taken out she said it would cost £8.99 per item so i thought i will save up to have them done. i loved it so much, my son went and brought it in sliver for my birthday..any way speaking to my sister last night she said she had brought a watch from argos yesterday in Hampshire and had links taken out by argos for free ,i was not happy as had my 2 sets since october and hadnt worn them as saving for the £38 to have them taken in ...any way speaking to bill put me at ease he said i do every thing i can to help ..he spent time going through what he could find out for me .the most polite customer service staff i ever spoken to ..he went through every thing and explained to go to my local shop and explain what he had told me Thank you bill 100% from me..i had a lady called Alison in my local Plymouth Royal parade shop serve me and she gave me 100% customer care.sorted my issue out and i left the store very happy as nothing was too much trouble for Alison Thank you.After Monday nights 2nd ghost order mishap and another issue, i swore i wouldn't shop there again and i spend £100s a year in there but after Bill and Alison customer care today i will carry on shopping in there thank you i have faith in Argos Staff again
