Went into store in oldbury West Midlands to buy Bona mop and cleaning solution was told items could only be ordered but a very good helpful assistant arranged not only to order it but to get it delivered the same afternoon between 2-6 not only did it arrive at 3.30 but l was kept updated by text wonderful service well done Argos
