Tried to buy a cooker, paid for it to then be told it was permanently unavailable. Refused a refund and told to just use it as credit to randomly buy something else. Ended up having to borrow money so we could buy a more expensive cooker, so our money was not just wasted.
Cooker was delivered missing a part so can not be installed. After 6 calls and 2 emails a part was sent. Part was ordered on 11th Dec, arrived 24th Dec. Was the wrong part. No surprise again from Argos. So xmas ruined, sandwich or microwave meal for the family at xmas.
