Aside from the poor in-store experience, the waiting around, the poor state of repair, Argos REFUSE to provide VAT receipts. This is illegal. They will remove any company details from order confirmations. They have no email address for complaints or customer service. If you want to complain, you do it by letter and they may or may not respond to you. That tells you everything about their customer service. I will never, ever, for business or personal, shop at any Argos store again. Ever.
