Never try to return things ever, all you get is a condescending manager in their mid 20s reading from a hymn sheet and saying you cant return any product over minor things.
Wont be back, voting with my feet with pleasure had situations like this too many times. No wonder the high street is dying when you have firms like this compared to Amazon etc.
