This may be some thing I have been doing wrong, but the response I received when asking for help was unbelievable the essence is I could not get any technical assistance over the phone
they would rather send an engineer to my home a week later.
In addition to this I made numerous calls only to join the generic merry go round. When some thing is wrong argos are failing to assist customer one day someone may understand
that half the problem is
Good Communication is the best way, not people telling you what they cannot do.
