trying to get a refund from Argos is like getting blood from a stone. If you take an item out of its packet to look at they call it used. This has happened twice to me now.
They used to be good at refunds which is why I used them, not now.
One poor lady couldn’t hear her new phone and wanted an exchange to be told it was used and they wouldn’t even exchange.
And the staff are very aggressive.
