Ordered a bbq 7 nuts were missing rang up customer services they said they dont have the parts in stock. They then said call back in 3 days might have it in stock or wait until civid19 is over and they can sort it. I suggested that I swap it for another said they couldn't do that also suggested they take the parts out of another box they said they couldn't do that either. So stuck with a product that cant be made. Not happy!
